Have you ever had a bad hangover and tried to have a beer the next day Let's be honest, the beer the next day goes down like razors... Well, I would equate that same feeling and taste  to Hydrobuilder. I'm sorry Optimum Nutrition, I have a lot of love for you, but, Hydro Muscle Max   this was just garbage I can't really add much to the effectiveness due to the terrible taste. Due to paying a bottle, I persevered with the bottle and different combinations. However, I can say that it wasn't completely ineffective.
