I've been a member at Destin Athletic Club for at least a year now. This gym is small do not let its size fool you. It's packed with treadmills, ellipticals, and bikes (each with small cable televisions at them) on one side, and weight equipment on the opposite Nucific Deep Cell Activator. DAC has Expresso virtual reality bikes, which can be really cool! You bike different courses and difficulty levels, and you can also compete versus the person on top of the bike beside you. Their weight equipment includes the Star Trac Human Sport Line, Cybex, and Nautilus. DAC also has dumbbells so a range of benches also included with. One of the things we also love about DAC generally they're never crowded, and then we don't require wait utilize equipment. Can you imagine what that feels like?A month from now,the aches and pains you feel today are practically something of weight loss.
