We understand the Building Codes and Regulations and filing processes involved so that plans will be designed correctly and future violation and fines can be avoided. We also can remove certain building violations issued by FDNY, DOB, DEP, and handled by ECB. Some companies will leave out important steps that could lead to future fines and/or problems with selling the property. At LL Engineering we make all effort to ensure that all proper steps are taken to minimize any future fines and issues. Our aim is to excel at understanding the needs of the client, the details of the design, and provide friendly and reliable customer support from the initial concept designs through construction and final sign-off.
