Artists Alley Condos

Artists’ alley condos are brand new condos designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects. The condos are situated on Simcoe St. and will have a floor area that covers approximately 83,600sq meter. The condos will be 17, 22 and 54 storeys. There will also be a residential building with terraces. In addition, the project will have a 12 meter wide walkaway.

The Artists alley is located in downtown Toronto near University Avenue and Dundas street West and will be constructed by Lanterra Developments.
