Short Bio

This large parcel consists of 1,600+ acres of undeveloped beachfront land and includes a sandy beach approximately one and a quarter miles long, located on the eastern coast of St. Lucia. The long picturesque beach, lush interior and dramatic coastline combine to create one of the most breathtakingly beautiful spots on the island, if not the entire Caribbean. The parcel is mostly forested with coconut palms, fruit trees and variety of other tropical plants. The main valley comprises hundreds of acres of flat land, including about 60 acres of beachfront property known as the “Queen’s Chain” which is an important nesting ground for the giant Leatherback turtle from March to August. The land rises to approximately 1,200 ft above sea level with mountain ridges on three sides providing panoramic beach and ocean views.
