i've tried installing ioncube but it's not active and gives me this error
Failed loading /usr/local/ioncube/ioncube_loader_lin_5.6.so: /usr/local/ioncube/ioncube_loader_lin_5.6.so: undefined symbol: zend_execute_ex
how do i fix that?

TKL does not have an app by that name. I quick googled it and found the support site for this paid software.
Did you install this software on a TKL APP? If you did, I would look at the requiments for this ioncube and make sure they are met.
