Greetings,
I am installing OTRS ISO for the first time and during my testing of setting up the ticket configurations within the Admin GUI, I have finalized on my production configurations and want to reset the ticketcounter.log back to 0. I have Googled around and a lot of replies say the file is within /opt/otrs and some same /var/logs but this log is not in either location.
Any assistance with where the OTRS_HOME/... stuff is within this ISO would be greatly appreciated.

Disregard,
I went into the File Manager and did a search on 'otrs' and found that the redirection for <OTRS_CONFIG_HOME> is at the following path:
/var/lib/otrs/
most logs, logos and such that are modifable via the Admin 'SysConfig' can be found in here.

Great thanks Tony
FYI when software is installed from source code sometimes it is installed to /opt - so OTRS installed from source (to /opt) then logs etc would probably be in /opt/otrs. Otherwise Debian default log location is /var/log
Seeing as this is a Debian Package install I would expect the log to be in /var/log. It seems weird that it is in /var/lib/otrs/ ...
Install path
As you can see from the screenshot uploaded, everything is definitely in /var/lib/otrs/
Also, one other thing I found that is primarily a cosmetic flaw, but the homepage of the OTRS appliance (at the bottom) that provides a link to its documentation are both invalid:
the local path routes to <http://ServerName/docs> however that path does not exist.
the online path routes to the v2.3 only data - which appears to no longer exist
i.e. http://otrs.github.io/doc/manual/admin/2.4/en/html/
should be http://otrs.github.io/doc/manual/admin/3.3/en/html/
