got this error msg. sever down or just network troubles?

We've had a few issues with the apt server over the last year. We did some maintenance on it relatively recently and I thought that we'd fixed it for good, but apparently not...

I'll get my colleague Alon to get it back up ASAP. Although it may be not be for a few hours (he's currently sleeping).
