TBH, I'm not sure if the Webmin Samba module can cope with AD style users?
You should be able to add/remove users via the commandline tool; 'samba-tool' as noted in the Samba documentation. Although administration of your AD is recommended via RSAT - from a Windows member of the AD domain. Again please see the relevant Samba wiki page.
