You should really be asking them about that. TurnKey is an open source project. VPS.NET is free to use the new images if they like. To make that super easy we are working on releasing builds that are optimized for the Xen virtualization platform, which VPS.NET uses and many other VPS providers as well. Whether or not they update the TurnKey images on their service is up to them though.
