I am consigned to using the command line interface to aws by my employer.  There does not seem to be a straightforward way to get the id of  the the AMI at this link:

I want to run an instance of this, but without an AMI id, I don't see how...

But FWIW the AMI ID of TKL CouchDB v13.0 (64 bit) is ami-bd2eb287.

I did get access and have launched an instance to play with.  SSHing to it now.  Looking for the initial password for root...
