My WP programmer says she posted the new site and within a few days the site reverted to the old site.  She no longer sees her files she uploaded using sftp.  The site is now back to the old pages.

 

What can cause this?

I have never experienced that sort of behaviour. The only way I could understand it would be if the appliance (and/or it's content) was reinstalled or something like that. I can not think of any circumstance that a TKL appliance could do this itself without either some human involvement...

Are you operating a server via the TKLX Hub or have you downloaded a TKL appliance and installed it on your own server or another hosting operator? There are some possible reasons why that might have happened.
