And TBH I don't recall it much at all. The only thing I'd check is that there isn't some setting that makes videos private by default and/or something that has to be selected to make the videos public. I would also create an additional (perhaps non-admin) user account and see if that changes anything (ie. if videos uploaded by non-admin accounts are automatically public...)
