I am using your LAMP Appliance.  It includes POSTFIX.  As I did not use it, I simply ignored it.  Seems that it got compromised.  I have been black listed and there were 47 emails in que when I stopped the service.  I stopped the service, but after a power outage, Postfix was running again and sending SPAM.  As I do not need it, is there a way to disable it?  Can you point me to instructions to lock it down?

Thanks!

Like this:

apt-get remove postfix

Or if you wish to lock it down have a read here: https://wiki.debian.org/Postfix

Although IIRC postfix on TKL is already preconfigured to accept mail from the local host only so if your server is sending spam then I would double check that your website itself hasn't been compromised...
