I have a fresh install of turnkey-postgresql-16.1-buster-amd64 on its own box. All updates done. Web Shell (shellinabox) connects and stays connected. Adminer connects and stays connected. Webmin 1.97 connects for about 15 to 20 seconds then loses connection. None of my other instances of Webmin 1.995, 1.831, on other servers, do this. After losing connection I cannot reconnect to Webmin until I reboot or I run "systemctl restart webmin" from "Web Shell". Then the problem repeats.

Hi, everyone! For a fairly busy TKL WordPress site, what would be the recommended reboot schedule for server maintenance? I have been rebooting the server manually only when the site seems to be loading extra slowly, but I'm interested in what would be considered best practice. Second, is there a way to automate server reboots at a fixed time and interval (e.g., once per week at 2:00 AM Sunday)?

is there a possibility to upgrade the TKLDev-Appliance from Version 16.x to latest 17?

Or do I have to create a new TKLDev and "import" the custom projects?

I currently have a domain running with turnkey Domain Controller 16.0 that is installed in some offices, the idea, if possible, is to add a secondary domain or make a replica of the same domain, in a distant building that is not on the same LAN, bone to make a remote connection to the main domain through the internet.

What would be the best way to add a secondary domain or replicate the primary domain from another internet network?

Just an FYI that this Forum app is taking the best part of a minute to load a topic or post a reply.

I installed turnkey domain controller as production in my company and it is working fine and I moved from manual samba4 installation to trunkey, but I tried to find the NTP service because I was using my old DC as NTP server but I cannot find it on new server, how trunkey DC manage time on windows clients and how it sync the time, and if I need to install the NTP on it, is there any issue with this

I am trying to install a clean template for gitlab. 16.1
but after installing  i have the following issues :
i had to enable root ssh login :

sudo sed -i 's/#PermitRootLogin prohibit-password/PermitRootLogin yes/' /etc/ssh/sshd_config

sudo systemctl restart ssh

As far as i thought ssh for root should be enabled in this template.
