I'm able to map to the fileserver from my pc, but other users can not. We created a user for them but it did not work, but the can get to the website. any ideals thanks Eric

And also chack file & share permissions. To help you any further I'll need to have a bit more info about your environment and what you did to get your working, vs what you did for the others. Also make sure you restart Samba after changing the config.
