I have set up turnkey's phplist on Amazon's EC2 service. I discovered that sending email via direct delivery results in the emails being caught by anti spam services, such as Trend Micro's ERS.
As a result I set up Amazon's SES service, received the credentials and made the necessary changes on the postfix server.
However no matter what I try, SES will always block the email due to postfix not forwarding the authentication.
Like painfully slow. I've mapped a drive on the Windows box to the 1 TB RAID 1 two disk array I use for storage (the Ubuntu installation is on a different disk). It's controlled by a CERC SATA 6-Channel RAID Controller. Drive X:\ is mapped to /data/media. When I transfer files via the drive mapping I get 25 - 30 kb/sec.
I am a novice to Linux, I've just switched from Windows DNS server to TKL Core 12.1/BIND 9 and everything was working for a few days without problem but now one of the domains is having problem, when I do an nslookup I get "server can't find mydomain2.com: SERVFAIL", all other domains still works, where do I start looking? I have created new host file and stop and restart BIND. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
I am new to trunkey appliances, but a EC2 user for 4-5 years. I hope I can explain myself is a correct way.
I installed TK OwnCloud appliance 12.1 and had no problem with windows desktop client 1.41, then I installed did a EC2 new instance of Debian (wheezy) and installed OwnCloud by my self (5.012) and had no problems with the windows client. But when I installed the TK appliance 13.0rc I had problems with the windows desktop client.

I am no stranger to web hosting on IIS, but have recently been developing test applications in Rails and Sinatra. I am having a difficult time learing about the Turnkey Rails, or probably more more so, the Apache configuration on the server.
I am livid right now. After having some issues with a virtual machine running 30+ WordPress installations on a TKL LAMP installation, I concluded my only option was to restore a backup from Thursday. I restored the backup from the Hub. To my horrror I found that only eight of the 30 databases were restored! The rest are now GONE!
My faith in this product has been shattered. I can no longer rely upon it. What is the point of a "backup" product that DOESN'T BACK UP DATA?!?!?
