Long story short. I made a little script to fix permissions for Moodle and it turns out that it is useful tu use it also for turnker-moodle. As it needs little adaptations to be included in tkl main (and also as it can be useful also for the installed machine if you mess up something), am I allowed to download and run it directly form a the repo? something like: git clone MYREPO -o /scripts chmod +x /scripts/MYSCRIPT /MYSCRIPT -p1 -p2 -p3

I had to build TurnKey Moodle which is quite outdated. Having an issue on moosh download, I switched to getting sources via git, as suggested here: https://docs.moodle.org/501/en/Git_for_Administrators#Obtaining_the_code... 4.5.7+ installs and works ok. 5.0.1+ builds and installs but it is not "workable"

I'm having some issues with the 18.1 ISO release: When attempting to set a static IP on a new install via confconsole I receive "Unexpected config line post-up iptables restore /etc/iptables.up.rules" - upon exiting and re-entering the console/IP settings the default gateway is absent, they only way for the appliance to be usable is to set DHCP and reboot. (wether I chose to update during the install process makes no difference.)

Also when using DHCP the appliance appears not accept to connections on 1194 on its assigned DHCP address.

Hello, I am using an HPE DL20 G9 server with 8GB of RAM and 120GB SSD (SATA). The OpenVPN 18.1 ISO boots but then seems to reboot about 20 seconds after I select "install to hard disk." I thought maybe there's corruption during my download so, I downloaded the ISO two times on different PC just to make sure the ISO was not corrupted. I downloaded OpenVPN 17.1 ISO and was able to complete the installation without any issue. Thank you

Hello. I have gone through the motions of installing the Roundup v18.0 appliance as a virtual machine. However, when I bring up a web browser to go the default page, I get the example.com website as opposed to the index page of the application. How can I correct this issue?

I've been trying to get the fileserver to work for over 3 days now. I've tried many settings, howto's, forums and AI's but nothing helps.

I have 2 users and 2 groups. User admin is member of samba-rw and user archief is member of samba-ro. The share is chowned root:samba-rw and chmodded 2775 for directories and 644 for files.

If I don't use the setting: force group = samba-rw everything works and I can log on, but I can't write as user admin. If I enable force group = samba-rw I can't even log on and I get an error NT_STATUS_NO_SUCH_GROUP

smbconf:
