A simple question for you, I hope. Where do I place pictures I want to insert into pages I create? Which directory is the default location for them? I have tried placing them in the directory my theme is in and various other places, but cannot figure out the paths to get them to display.
Also can anybody suggest where I can find a comparission between the Turnkey/Drupal install and a standard Drupal install, they seem so different. I am sure if I understood that I would have a better idea where everything should fit in.
I have to confess, I am totally new to linux/Unbuntu and that might be the problem.
I am running VirtualBox 2.2.2 on XP and started your Drupal 6 appliance. Everything is doing fine, and after I found out about NAT/Bridge I can access Drupal also from outside.

As I said, I'm a complete WP and Linux newb here. Just getting my feet wet after diving into Joomla for the past few months. The more basic the instructions, the better.
I'm getting the following error when runninga query site i set up.
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 19922944 bytes) in /usr/share/Usuniver/components/com_sef/cache/shCacheContent.php on line 22461
How and where do I go to increase the memory. I tried setting it in the unver Virtual server options and then processor and limits. I'm not sure if that is the correct place or if I did it correcty.
I am using the Joomla appliance and would like to use Navicat to administer the Mysql db. I've put a route in the Firewall but i'm still unable to conncect.
What is the difference between the LAPP Appliance and the PostgreSQL Appliance? I see you also have the same available for MySQL and LAMP Appliance. Are the DB appliances setup with just the DB components and not all of the stack components?
I have read the outline provided in the feature page for the Tomcat appliance ( http://www.turnkeylinux.org/appliances/tomcat ). In general, Tomcat/Apache integration offers a rich set of options. I'm trying to sort out more details about what is pre-configured in this appliance, and how to customize the configuration further.
