I have an EBS volume attached to my Redmine instance. How can I copy/backup my Redmine files to the EBS volume? (I have seen various suggestions, but with things changing so quickly I want to be sure that I am doing this the proper way for the most current version of the TKL Redmine appliance).
I know how to use mysql dump, rsync, and cron (if that helps).
I have got a Server with no operating system installed. Now what steps i need to follow to install a turnkey appliance with wordpress. It is compulsory to install a virtualisation software first. Which Virtualisation software should i start with. I need to install the Wordpress in two days. Please guide . Currently i am having an new server with no OS Installation.
How does a user navigate the TurnKey Hub interface? Upon entry into TurnKey Hub, I'm launched into a admin home page with no instructions on how to access or use the installed MediaWiki appliance.
I've been running a Turnkey MediaWiki install for the last few weeks with no difficulty. Today for no apparent reason the appliance's network connection has failed. There have been no configuration changes to the host, the appliance, or the network. The appliance can't ping any network host, nor can any network host ping the appliance. I have no earthly idea what's wrong. Can someone give me some clues where to start looking? Thanks.
I am hosting a few sites for my friends on the Wordpress appliance - I first downloaded and configured it last fall. Now a couple of those folks are asking for the ability to edit their sites, which I am fine with, but I have been suddenly cast into an area I don't know enough about. How can I set up SSH / SFTP for different users and lock them into a specific directory tree? I haven't found a consistent set of directions, which tells me it is probably rudimentary enough that i should probably be able to figure it out. Alas, I am a Windows guy trying to make the transition. Any guida
I have a wierd issue with the Turnkey Linux Wordpress server.
I'm in the Apache server area, and I make a virtual host using a valid domain, I can get it to work with no issue, however any subdomains off of that domain will also show up on the page associated to the domain.
I'm trying to run the WP appliance on a Fit-PC2 but running into trouble. The Fit-PC2 is a small embedded platform that features a SATA drive internally. Turnkey linux runs from the live CD using an externally attached CD drive. However, I cannot install it to the internal drive. The partitioning tool doesn't find the partitions on the disk.
Trying to get an e-shop up and running. I started using 1and1 but it is limited. Any suggestions for a good free or in expensive templet program that would be easy to use, look great and fully functional. Thanks

Hello, I'm setting up a domain using the Domain Controller Appliance. One of the things I'd like to do is give each roaming prifile private disk space on our Network Attached Storage.
I've added a user through the extplorer page. When logging in as that user, it states the file storage location doesn't exist. Is this not created when the user is created with supplied info?
Update: I went into webmin and manually added a storage folder /srv/storage/username. I log in now to that user with no problem, but when trying to upload a file it fails. No error code - just says error, upload failed.
