I'm having some confusion with the Turnkey Appliance model here. To me, the idea of a turnkey appliance is basically, "you plug it in and it works." And that was my initial experience with it. When I downloaded the ISO for the File Server, I was able to boot it to a machine with an empty drive, and it created the entire Linux install, complete with everything it needed to run the Samba server, which was perfect. A little bit of configuring shares and users, and we're off to the races!
HI all my first post here. I downloaded and installed processmaker virtual appliance , which was great except after defining a process the tasks would not progress to the next person.
It took me several hours of tracing down rabbit holes and dead ends, re-installs etc, until I found a comment in one response of a thread that solved my problem. I'm just sharing my solution in case someone else has this problem or someone wants to investigate or not.
The solution was a missing/not started background task once I started it everything works as it should.
I am running the observium appliance from Proxmox as a unpriviledged container. Usually I havent had difficulty in postfix setup, but this one is stumping me.
Postfix configured via confconsole for both sendinblue and then after clearing settings gmail. In both cases the confconsole postfix setup routine replied smtp relay functioning and closed without an error. However, sendmail itself is not working. Using:
I'm trying to install locally https://www.turnkeylinux.org/avideo on VirtualBox (OVA) but at init it asks for us a password for the avideo 'admin' user. I set it (it is the same as the one i set for SQL or Adminer) but at the moment to log in, the shell, i always have "Login incorret". All others passwords are well set up (I can access database & adminer).
I've been using UpdraftPlus for backups to my Dropbox account for several months now without any issues.
I just updated (by clicking on the link on my Plugins page), and Wordpress went into maintenance mode. Now I cannot get back into it past the login screen.
Does anyone have any tips on restoring to a sane state?
