I did Distribution Upgrade via Webmin after about a year of Turnkey LAMP appliance working fine. Just wanted to keep up with latest security patches.
That upgrade got hung after a while without any error. Eventually I rebooted and noticed that Webmin doesn't work any more (just getting Connection Reset). So I SSH'd into the server and did apt-get dist-upgrade from the command line. It also failed:
Total 1751 (delta 210), reused 1751 (delta 210)
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)
I've been using TKL LAMP for awhile now, and in my attempts to set up a Softether server, I managed to lock myself out of webmin, web shell, and adminer.
The last thing I remember doing was removing the reference to port 443 in the apache server, and removing the reference to port 443 in the linux firewall.

Hello, sorry for my english. I use TurnKey Redmine version (14.1). I make the backup by the command tklbam-backup --address=ftp://user:password@IP. How to make ncftpls work in PORT mode, and not in PASV mode?
I was hoping to get some help here before logging it as a bug. I've setup the latest Canvas installation however i'm having issues with sending emails ( not recieving any of the emails sent, not even sure if they've actually being sent or not ) - I've been searching around on the forumns and they all say that it is automatically set.
great product, took mere minutes to get up and running creating users+groups. Would love for you to include a GUI driven feature to enable memberof functionality which is required by many number of integrations. At this time would like a easy step-by-step method of turning this on in Turnkey's version. There are a log of guide out there but they generally are over complicated and refer to vanilla installs.
