I have successfully got one of the appliances running (turnkey-fileserver) inside lxc, but I am having trouble accessing the device.  Does anyone know how to ssh into the device/container with a blank root password?  I have played around with these settings and still getting permission denied when i try to enter an empty password:

<mountpoint>/etc/ssh/sshd_config

PermitRootLogin without-password

PermitEmptyPasswords yes

<mountpoint>/etc/pam.d/sshd

auth       required     /lib/security/pam_unix.so shadow nodelay nullok

I'm wondering if Turnkey Apps are compatible for machines running on the i386 type processors--rather than x86-64.

I'd like to add a torrentserver to my Turnkey Fileserver. Is there a simple and easy way of combining these two apps or do I have to go the long way of installing and configuring the programs for one or the other after installing one of the apps?

I've planned to take a 3 400Gb SATA HDDs and to do something like

3xRAID1 (ext2) /boot
3xALONE (swap) swap   #even after panics when one swap area fails just reboot 
3xRAID5 (jfs|ext3) /  #and resume work on a degraded RAID
3xRAID5 (jfs) /home   #with good jfs recoverability

I'm preparing home server platform basedon Turnkey Linux. I'd like to start with LAMP and add few other features (Samba, Wordpress)... Since Wordpress appliance has also some plugins installed and maybe some other interesting feature I think the easiest way would be to peek into TKLPatch for selected appliances of interest.

Are there TKLPatches for appliances published somewhere? I think it would be great source of info also for other purposes...

What are all the passwords that need to be changed from there defaults in the Joomla turnkey VM. I've changed root, the Joomla Admin & PhPmyAdmin. What else am I missing? Thanks!

I'm running TKL Core under VirtualBox. Every time I reboot the appliance the time is back to the UK time zone

The host locale and timezone is set for South Africa. I removed ntp.

Please assist me in setting the date and time so that it does not change back again.

Where can I find the Webmin username/pasword for the AMI ID: ami-d1c12fb8?  I am able to login into the phpmyadmin site by using the password from the EC2 System Log, but not Webmin.  

Ok, so I was working on adding some new virtual host in the Apache module through Webmin. When inadvertantly I deleted the phpmyadmin from the list.

Could someone please post the virtual host config for phpmyadmin? I am using this on the LAMP appliance.
