Hello! I have a noob question.

I need to generate a Let's Encrypt ssl certificate. From various online sources, I see that I can do that from the Advanced Configuration menu.

My problem is that I can't figure out how to get there. I see from various sources (https://www.turnkeylinux.org/docs/confconsole) that it shows up as an option in the standard Configuration Console panel - however, there is no "Advanced menu" when I start up my Wordpress appliance.

What am I missing?

I would like to suggest that you make a change in the VM.  Ownership of the Prestashop directory and all child files and directories should belong to www-data.  Only notice the issue when installing a module, and the install fails.  This can (and did) leave the shop in a bad condition.

The Turnkey OpenVPN appliance, when either "gateway" or "server" is chosen, automatically sets up NAT/masquerading. This means VPN clients are not visible to the company network. How do I disable this so that traffic from the company network can be routed via the OpenVPN server to the VPN clients? I'm not familiar with working with iptables directly.

I have set up a lamp appliance on an ESXi server using the OVA VM format.  The OVA was configured with one CPU and 512 MB ram.  I am hoping to improve the performance of the VM.  The ESXi server I have has multiple processors and 128 GB ram.  

Can I simply shut down the VM and increase memory, CPU, cores on the vm?  Are there any changes needed in TurnkeyLinux appliance to fully take advantage of these increases?  

Backup ran find for a few months, but now when I try to run tklbam-backup, I get the following error:

I work with linux out of necessity and infrequently, so troubleshooting this is not easy for me. Anyone have some guidance on what I should try?

I have recently set up an OpenVPN in a VM on my network and all is working well from the connection side.

However for the moment I am having to manually download the certs via the webmin control panel, which is particularly annoying when setting up on mobile.

I have looked in to the addprofile command to generate a download link, this appears to work and spits out a url like this

https://myexternaldomain.com
server/profiles/somereallylongstring

I am running 7.3.14 at the moment and on my SiteGound server it's 7.3.16 so I think that if I upgrade I might get rid of my bug manifestation on my Turnkey Linux VM! :-)
