I was just reviewing my AWS bill, and I am signed up for both Pay-per-use and the Bronze plan. Can I safely cancel the pay-per-use plan without interrupting service?
Also, is there a way to request a refund for the double-billing? For example, this month I was billed both $20 for the Bronze plan and almost $40 in pay-per-use fees.
Is it possible there is some other TK Hub account linked to my Amazon account? If so, how would I track down who it's linked to?
I had a perfectly running lamp stack VM on my own ESXi server, this stack was set to backup to S3. Since i'm in between servers i thought I'd get my feet wet with tklbam Ec2. I followed the tklbam prompts to get Ec2 up then spawned an EC2 instance of my LAMP stack from an S3 backup. problem is that the status of this server in my hub has been "installing updates" for over 24 hours. I've tried accessing the web console, webmin and ftp using the reported "external dns" address and appending the proper ports, but no luck. Pardon my frustration, but ARRRGGGH!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm getting this security warning from webmin, somthing I didn't have with older version so I'm a bit stuck on why?
Warning! Webmin has detected that the program https://192.168.1.15:12321/webmin/edit_referers.cgi was linked to from an unknown URL, which appears to be outside the Webmin server. This may be an attempt to trick your server into executing a dangerous command.
I instealled Turnkey LAMP, and can see the default index.php file by typing dir/var/www. But when I connect through filezilla using sftp://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx port 22, the directory listing I get does not include the var directory, only files .sdirs, .mysql_history, .bash_history, etc. How do I FTP to the www directory?
I am building an OpenLDAP system to act as an information traslation system between MySoft and SecureLogix ETM system. MySoft is not LDAP compliant but can output CSV files so I start there.
Buildings.csv has all the information about building address, building number floor room and a unique sequence number.
Stations.csv has all the information about the phone number, user first and last name and a sequence number that associates the station with a building location.
Hi all,
I got a problem on agent notification. My OTRS version is 2.4.9.
I have set the NotificationSenderEmail, SendmailNotificationEnvelopeFrom and the admin notification works well.
I also ensure the agent preference setting is correct: turning on the notification and selecting the queue.
Our SMTP also works well.
The auto response works fine and customer can get the email.
The problem is our agent can not receive any notifications.
The log as below:
