I am planning on migrating a wordpress-13.0-wheezy-amd64 off of Amazon to my own server.
Is there a way to "upgrade" this to the latest (version 14) appliance at the same time? If so, how would I do that?
I'm planning to run a restore with TKLBM.
Also, when I restore it suggestst he same appliance. But since its a restore, won't it overwrite whatever is there? So would this matter? Just trying to figure out exactly how to do this migration.
I have moved a Drupal installation from a shared host to amazon via the drupal7 appliance and http://hub.turnkeylinux.org. Absolutely smooth sailing, and the problems I was having on the shared host have absolutely disappeared. yay.
The decision has been passed down to stay with the amazon instance for several months. again, yay.
Here's the snag: the Amazon instance has subdomain of "www", and then our organization's edu domain name.
I've been trying to get the LXC appliance running in a virtual machine, and I'm getting errors when I run the lxc-create script in either KVM or VirtualBox (lxc-create -n wp -t turnkey -- wordpress -i /tmp/inithooks.conf -v 14.1-jessie). I am getting some errors related to /dev/pts and /proc at the end of the creation script console output and the container won't let me attach to it

I've successfully installed the Elgg 14.1 appliance in many different environments but I'm running into some issues with configuration.
Just working with a private IP when hitting the index page in a browser an Elgg page loads without style. Every link on the page goes to (https):// www . example . com . Also it seems like https is forced.
Are there additional configuration steps that need to be taken?
