Very long backup chains consisting of hundreds or thousands of incremental backups are problematic. Even when everything works they're inefficient.

Hi, I try to manage "disk and file systems", but this button/ menu is not available in my webmin. Tryed VM and ISO, installed serveral times. I searched the forum, but found no matching help. thx for help

I'm using the Turnkey Linux Wordpress install in my classroom to allow my students to do all of their writing projects, but every time we have a power outage for the school (or the administrators unplug all of the servers to avoid lighting damage) I lose posts that my students have worked on.

Solutions I've tried:

Using WP plugins that can automate the backup but the problem here is that I can't actaully automate the process because the WP installation won't send the email with the backup file and you can't automate a backup locally.  

Simple straight forward question.

Since initially starting the appliance, when I need to exit the appliance I have been closing my VM by click the X in the upper right corner of the VM Player.  I found out that only suspends the appliance.

How do I turn off or shut down the appliance?  I am using the LAMP flavor.
