Hi, Im planning to migrate our current Ubuntu File Server to the TKL File Server appliance. I am testing it right now, the main reason for the change is the backup mechanism (TKLBAM). I just did some tests and it is simply amazing!
The problem im having right now with this test installation is that after my comp boots, I get the following error:
No interfaces are configured
But If iI hit ok then DHCP, it requests and configures the IP no problem. What can be the cause of this?
I am trying to install the Shibboleth Apache module in my Drupal 6 VM. There seems to be a problem with one of the dependencies, libxerces-c28. Does anyone have a workaround for me?
Thanks.
root@drupal6:/# apt-get install libapache2-mod-shib2

Is there going to be an update to the MySQL stack so that it can run 5.1 or is it safe to update the MySQL to 5.1 in this appliance? Any gotchas I need to look out for?
I've searched high & low and I can't find information as to which database backend the Turnkey Trac Appliance is configured to use after initial startup. And... I can't find sqlite, postgres or mysql installed on the machine. Can someone kindly provide the answer. Thx.
Basically I have just done a fresh install of TKL-Core-Lucid in a KVM VM (under ProxmoxVE) and all went well. I have done some minor customisations (disabled byobu, added my custom sources.list which uses my local mirror and added 01proxy file for my LAN apt-cacher) and still all seemed well. FYI my custom sources.list has lucid-updates uncommented (not sure if that deviates from default).
I'm trying to install the PDC appliance on an old Pentium 4 machine.
The Live CD boots with the machine and I start the installation process, but when the system is trying to load the installer, it halts after detecting HDD drives and shows me the busybox prompt on initramfs. I don't know what to do next.
I also have 2 hard drives on the machine and I want to setup a software raid array. Is it possible to do so with Turnkey installer?
I am attempting to create a tklpatch but when I test it in a new vm, it looks like the conf script doesn't run. I do see the overlay files where they should be. What can I do to determine why the script isn't running?
