Just intstalled otrs with the turnkey-otrs-11.0rc-lucid-x86.iso . All
went perfect but if i trying to use the paketmanager

is got an error:
ERROR: Need write permission in OTRS home
Try: $OTRS_HOME/bin/SetPermissions.pl !!!

We have installed TKL LAMP vm on our host server. It all worked fine for the first week. It now keeps crashing every now and then. Not sure what the reason is. We can't find anything in the logs. We have to reset it each time in Vsphere client.

Anything that could cause this?

is there any simple way to back up /var/www to a speciifed location? i already set up mysql to backup wit hcron. any equivalent for www? THANSK!

on TKL, apache is set by default to /var/www. is this the folder to use? is this safe?

Hi, the turnkey TWiki version is 4.1.2 i believe. Has anyone succesfully upgraded it to 4.3 or even 5.0 ?

if so, did you follow the standard instructions as per twiki.org and/or anything special ?

Hi i can't seem to install plugins via the Configure page (Find More Extensions). It always complains for example with more or less the same error (Archive::Tar not installed and then the path issue at the end):

I deployed LAMP on the cloud Friday. The cloud works great. I was able to install virtualmin and migrate one concrete5 web site to the server. Today I wanted to do some backing up so I used the EC2 management interface to create a snapshot of the volume. I decided to shut the server down to see how the menu choices change in EC2 when I do that. I issed shutdown -h now and the server shutdown. The problem is that as soon as it shudown the server went to terminated status. I was surprised. I am not able to figure out how to change the status so the server will start again.

I installed the moodle appliance, and now I want to serve my own web application from the same installation. Now, when I examine it, I see that you arrange it so that different applications will be served from different ports. E.g. port 80 serves moodle, port 12123 or st. serves phpmyadmin, and port 12121 or st. serves the webmin. So the port decides the application to serve.

I would like to install Drupal on the LAMP Turn Key App.

Yes, rather than downloading and running the Drupal Turn Key App, I would like install Drupal on my current App.

Does any one have any experiences or instructions to share?

First of all congratulations for all these great projects!

I am new in Linux so may be this is simple-

I use trunkey Fileserver to store files (with greek characters in file names and in content). I use them from samba service and works perfectly!

BUT when I access them from Webmin or Command line I see "????????" (or other symbols) in the greek filenames. I can't also read the content of theese files (eg. simple text files) 

Can somebody help me??
