I have configured tklbam and use local storage for my backups (as described here). It is not clear to me if I need to store the keys everytime I do a backup. I use:
tklbam-escrow -P /local/storage/key
Do I need to do this everytime I execute the following? Or is doing it once enough for all backups on that machine?
I am suffering from repeated filesystem corruption issues when using the linux turney installations (I have tested both the base package and the Jenkins packages.).
I have not been successful in getting canvas to send new users a confirmation email nor a password reset email. This is a fresh install and everything I have read said email works right out of the box. Not the case with me. Just to be sure, I ran a clean install and added a user and canvas first thing and the email never sent. I also added the 2 extra lines to turn off TLS in canvas, and retested. Still no email. Please help.
If during the install I put the ip address of my machine for www.domain.com
123.123.23.123 (Not real)
How do I go back later and set it to the subdomain I allocated for it from my hosting service?blah.blahblah.com
I found a file at /var/www/canvas/config/domain.yml
But changing the production>domain: to blah.blahblah.com didnt work. After reboot I tried navigating to the url blah.blahblah.com on a different machine and was only greeted with my hosting service's placeholder page.
