This edit is to rmove my question, this is the end of the trial and servers where deleted.
We where unable to quickly and easilly setup large file upload support (4Gigs) under the Turnkey-EC2 service. It was a nice trial, but an important goal was "ease of install and maintenance". I'm still using it as my personal music server at home; but this version is not ready for large business files as we need it.
Thanks to everyone who helped out with answers here, you know who you are ;)
Out of space on my lamp, how do I make the volume larger? I started out with a 20 gig vm, and now it is full. what are the steps to (migrate?) the data to a larger vm? Or is there a way to expand the volume?
I have deployed a trac appliance to EC2 via turnkey Hub. I can ssh into the appliance and can access the application via HTTP or HTTPS, but I can't get to https://<appliance-fqdn>:12321/ or https://<applicance-fqdn:12320. When I try it via Chrome (on Mac OS) I get the error code ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED. But it looks like the appliance firewall is set to allow traffic to those ports.
I have a Web2Py app deployed through the TKL hub. I'm trying to migrate from sqlight to mysql. I have been using webmin with no problem. The system was not recognizing my mysql password set at configuration time so I went through webmin and changed it. I tried rebooting - but the server would not reboot. So I just shut it down and restarted. After the restart, I can not get into webmin - it times out with the error message: "This web page is not available"
I am the first to admit that I am total Linux and TKL newb, so if I have missed the obvious, please be gentle.
I want to run vTiger CRM and decided to use the Turnkey Hub. I signed up with Amazon and TK, filled in all the appropriate fields, paid my money, and got to the point of "Launch any Turnkey Appliance."
When I do that, vTiger CRM is not on the list! Have I missed a step and need some sort of hosting appliance to which I'll add vTiger?
Any and all suggestions will be gratefully appreciated.
Has anyone else noticed this strange behavior with the osqa turnkey image?
When I go to loging over http you can not select or type text into the boxes unless you use the tab key to jump the cursor down to the appropriate field. Interestingly it works fine over https. When I go to logout while over https the logout confirmation button does nothing. This works fine over http! Go figure.
Has anyone expereinced this? Any idea what might be causing it? I don't see anyhting in the logs.
I'm using the Wordpress appliance (TKL 12.1), running from a live-CD. I'm unable to access the RSS feed for the running wordpress site. On the main page of the site is the link, "Entries RSS". If I click on it, I get the following error:
XML Parsing Error: XML or text declaration not at start of entity
Location: http://10.0.0.8/?feed=rss2

We have our file server up and running well. I have added a new share recently that only a handful of people can access. Everyone belongs to the primary group "red", including these select people, however these select people also belong to another group "blue.
The share has been setup to allow full access to the blue group only.
