When connecting to the ruTorrent web interface of a Turnkey Torrent Server I get the following message:

"Torrent list not yet available, connection to rTorrent not established."

the log shows the following:

[02.08.2016 17:42:24] WebUI started.
[02.08.2016 17:42:24] No connection to rTorrent. Check if it is really running. Check $scgi_port and $scgi_host settings in config.php and scgi_port in rTorrent configuration file.

Sure enough, when I check in 'Bootup and Shutdown' in the webin I see that rTorrent isn't running. clicking 'Start Now' yeilds:

On a virtual machine i'd installed a PDC machine with this configuration:

Domain name prova.lan

Ip 192.168.1.254

gw 192.168.1.1

dns 192.168.1.1

dns 8.8.8.8

I have a win7 pro with this conf

ip 192.168.1.253

gw 192.168.1.1

dns 192.168.254 ==> PDC

dns 192.168.1.1

From win7 i can't ping dc1 or domain prova.lan, but ping 192.168.1.254 it's ok.

from pdc console i can't ping dc1 or domain prova.lan

Currently when I browse to http://www.turnkeylinux.org/ejabberd I get a 'not authorised' error. This is the main documentation page for ejabberd installation and administration I believe. 

I am using the hub to handle DNS. The turnkey linux boxes I have running are backing up properly, but are not updating their external IP address when it changes.

How often should they be updating their IP addresses? What process handles that? Do I need to enable a chron job for that?

I just created a server on AWS using the Turnkey hub. I added an additional EBS drive, but I don't know where it is. Where is it mounted?

I am running WordPress on Turnkey LAMP Stack (https://www.turnkeylinux.org/lampstack) ISO install. Recently installed last month.

Setup as a guest in VirtualBox on a Windows 2008 R2 Server.

Superfast Quad Core with 16GB ram, plenty of memory and CPU cycles availiable. when it spikes it might go as high as 50% CPU for a second maybe two seconds at times.

I am very new to TurnKey, but not to *nix.

I am trying to figure this out, but i really can't get a hold on to it.

I installed the OpenVPN image to a KVM VPS and everything went fine. Created a profile, imported into Viscosity and it is connecting fine. But no internet at all on my client. Tried different settings in the Viscosity client for DNS, but nothing works.

I installed DNScrypt and all of a sudden i have internet. So my guess is that the profile isn't sending the DNS servers with it.

Any idea how i can fix that?
