Hello everyone.  I am new to Turnkey Linux and still trying to figure it all out.  I am currently using Fileserver and loving how simple and effective it is over some of the others (FreeNAS, OpenFiler etc).  Here is where i need your help.  I had to reboot the server and the following message appeared;

error: Incompatible License, Entering rescue mode... Grub Rescue>

Why $10 charge

I've looked at your product a few times and played with them.  I had signed up for the free acount but to see it but never used it.  Then in I get a notice that I have a $10 charge for September?  It's not payed because I don't have a payment type attachecked.  I never signed up for the $10 account and i checked and my account is and has been set to FREE.  I immiediately cancled the link to my amazon account and have not used the service so I'm not setting up a payment method for what I've been incorrectly charged.

 

Please explain and take care of.

Hi Guys,

I set up a Turnkey backup in 2011, and believe that I cancelled it, but may not have done, it was a long time ago! With the new pricing plans it appears that I'm now being charged $10/month, fair enough if I've still got it up and running. So I went to log in, and am unable to, I may have used one of 2 email addresses, and when I try these in the forgotten password box, it says that they are not a registered email address.

I've tried openId and that fails too.

A Little Payments Clarification, Please

Can someone point me towards a diagram that explains how the TKLBAM service is being charged?

I received notice of the need to change to Stripe, which I did before 1-Oct-2016, then was still charged $10 by AWS. I called Amazon and they said to talk with TKL.

TKLBAM Backups not available in the TurnKey Hub

When I log into any of the Turnkey Hub AWS servers I have running I see that the last backup was as per the schedule. 

However, when I log in to Turnkey Hub and go to the Backups Tab the last backs listed are from 1 or 2 days ago.

I was looking to restore a backup from recently to verify some data but I cannot identify the backup because Turnkey Hub does not list it.

Please advise.

This is embarrasing.

Configured a turnkey wordpress installation, and while focusing on content, completely forgot passwords to webmin, ftp and so on.

Is there any way to recover that?

redmine calendar

Hi over there, I'm gonna make a silly question, so pardon me please:
I've tried and retried to write a simple note on Redmine calendar, but I must admit I cannot do it. 

Do I necessarily need add any plugin to be able to use Redmine calendar.

Canvas AMI on AWS unable to modify theme.

Brand new Turnkey Canvas AMI install on Amazon AWS.

Went into Theme Editor and made a single change.

Cannot save theme without generating a preview.

Cannot generate a preview without the following error message:

"An error occured trying to generate this theme, please try again."

 

Anyone seen this before?

TKBLAM Fails with no error

I fired up a brand new lamp stack image and trying to run TKBALM.    It fails but doesnt return any error.  I tried with the debug opition and it didnt work any better.  I also destroyed the imagee, created a new one, waited for updates to install, rebooted, and then ran TKBLAM.  No difference in behavior.   I even tried with the debug opition.  No differnece.  Not sure what I coudl be doing wrong as it is a brand new image.  Any ideas?

Openvpn not working after upgrade

After doing an upgrade and rebooting my box, openvpn no longer works. I have rebooted a few times, same error everytime. The machine is using turnkey core jessie.
