I set up a Turnkey Linux WordPress appliance as a sandbox for development. I'd like my clients to be able to see what I’m working on but unfortunately my ISP blocks port 80.
So I set port forwarding on my router to forward port 8081 (WAN) to port 80 (LAN). This works fine from outside for my main site usinghttp://mywebaddress.com:8081
I just started using the mysql vmware package, and i noticed that the changes/commands i make in webmin are not taking effect. First i wanted to set up firewall, and after i finished with my rules, apply, but it didnt work. iptables -L showed nothing. Guess i need to enable at boot, but when i wanted to restart, again nothing happened.
I have a client running the Turnkey Zimbra appliance, and they have asked me to look into possibly upgrading them to Zimbra version 7. I wonder if anyone here has successfully upgraded the appliance.
I have already done Zimbra 6 to version 7 upgrades on other machines, but I don't know what may be different in the Turnkey appliance.
Hi, Since yesterday I have an issue with tklbam restore.
I installed a Redmine 10.04 basedVM from the iso image.
Then I did a tklbam-restore of a previous Redmine 8.04 based.
it worked beautifully (except it still shows 8.04 in some palces and offers to do a do-release-upgrade to lucid).
Anyway, that is not bothering me.
What is bothering me is that since then, I can't see my backups finalizing in the hub.
On the VM side everything seems to works great, nevertheless when I got the hub webpage I see
How would I remove the timeline entries for a freshly created Trac repository (I am using hg).
I have clients I allow specific access to projects and when timeline is clicked all the original changes to wiki "help" are in there generated by Trac on initialisation.
I have been using hg and trac for a while but dont know how to remove the timeline (or even stop generating when initialising a new project).
I have Turnkey Joomla solution hosted with Amazon. I would like to use the same solution and host it with another hosting provider. I don't need small instance and cloud benefits, I'm fine with less. Is it possible and what should I do ? For example to move on goDaddy hosting or similar.
Is it possible or should I wait for official Turnkey Redmine VM release? As I can see, new VM-s are released rare so I would like to make upgrade by myself from time to time.
