I recently updated my Turnkey PDC to the newest one and everything seemed to install properly until i went to install the DUC(dynamic Update Client) from No-ip. It worked fine on the old system but now it gives me line after line of errors. I have the most up to date version of make and GCC and it still will not work.
If anyone can help me that would be great. I have included a .txt file with the errors.
I am even speaking with technical support at No-ip but they cant seem to figure out the problem either.
I have a medium instance XXXX.tklapp.com. Then I created a small instance from the backup I made with XXXX.tklapp.com and gave a hostname YYYY.tklapp.com to my small instance. After a while, I decided to delete my XXXX.tklapp.com instance and still keep my small instance YYYY.tklapp.com. I assigned the hostname XXXX.tklapp.com to my small instance and released and deleted YYYY.tklapp.com hostname.
I installed the TomatoCart appliance using VirtualBox (on Win7 64-bit).
I was able to open the default store in both IE (10) and Chrome using either the static IP or the hostname after adding to Win7's \Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts. And both browsers seem to display the demo store fine including animations.
Using IE 10 (Win7-64bit w/all patches) I cannot enter text into the body of a forum posting. The body area appears grayed-out and even though the body widget/control is selected (at least as indicated by a dashed/dimmed border line) I cannot enter or paste text into the area.
Somehow, while trying to get my LAMP server to send emails via Amazon SES, I managed to kill shellinabox. (No, don't ask me how, I don't know what I did...) Anyhow, when I try to access it the server doesn't respond.
I've set up a LAMP appliance via the Turnkey Hub on Amazon. I've verfied two addresses using SES, and they've given me production access.
The problem is after three straight days of messing around with this, I still can't get an email sent from my LAMP machine to the outside world. (a Contact 7 form on Wordpress if that matters).
Googling has been less than helpful - TOO much information...
since a week I'm trying to solve the following problem:
When trying to copy folders containing many small files from Windows 7 machines to a Samba share the copying gets interupted, but can be continued after a few seconds by clicking "retry" on the Windows machine. The Samba log says "Too many open files, unable to open more! smbd's max open files = 16384".
