So lets say Im assigned

and want the server to respond to all the ips on that c block. How do I set this as far as the ips, netmask, dns and gateway?

I deployed the AWS Marketplace Gitlab AMI. I had to tweak the timeout settings but now it works.

I've created some project and started to migrate my old git repon to gitlab.

However everthyng is mapped to example.com and i can't find anywhere to change it. I've looked everywhere :|

I am new at this... I downloaded and installed "File Server - Simple Network Attached Storage" on a "new" drive which uses Ajaxplorer v.4.0.4. and which works fine.

In order in install other modules, I suppose I need to upgrade it to the latest version (v.4.2.3) but the settings options do not show on the menu as specified by Ajaxplorer.

How do I proceed to upgrade it? Anyone?

My very first post and I am asking for help. Sorry, wish it was to offer some help!

Have TK WP installed and working and was setting up postfix to function as a mail server on the same box. 

Got most things working in this regard as I can send mail just fine. 

Can't for the life of me figure out why I can't auth SMTP to the box though. If I am on the box itself as root I can do telnet localhost 25 and I am in and can send mail. 

From the local subnet I cannot telnet to the box on port 25. Get connection refused.

Hoping someone here has some ideas, as I've searched and tried several things and have come up short.

Someone told me a website I run was down and went to check it out. "Error establishing database connection".

Logged into webmin to discover this little gem of a message:

"MySQL is not running on your system - database list could not be retrieved.

And added / check the firewall and still stuck at a dead end. The backups did work on this server for a while and just stopped randomly after a month.

I am getingthe issue with ntpdate from the post above.

Can anyone provide any insight to this?

Is the Lamp Stack sufficiently hardened and secure to be in production?

As far as all the that is running on it like apache, mysql, php, etc.

RFB protocol error: reading version failed: not an RFB server?

I get the above error when TurnKey Linux is loaded on a XEN-PV VPS and I try to login via VNC. How to fix this? or at least complete the first few steps so that it can run smoothly lateron?
