Is it possible to run both webmin and phpmyadmin on port 80? Possibly in a folder /var/www/webmin or /var/www/phpmyadmin?

I have tested a web page on both lamp and on my windows machine with xampp and this is just a basic web page that will take a file and upload it to the directory. On lamp it dosent work..

Is there something I have to do with the webmin to allow for file uploads via a webpage?

I looked all over apache and in th ssh and I cant find anything..

I have done some configuration I wonder if I deleted something..

please help.

when I do this to add the virtualbox to my linux box

wget -q http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/debian/sun_vbox.asc -O- | apt-key add -

warning apt-key requires gnupg for most operations

then I do the following to ad it: 

apt-get install gnupg

warning gnupg is not available but is referred to by another pkg.  However the following pkgs replace it: gpgv

please advise.

I would like to change the language on the wordpress interface on my turnkey linux appliance but I cant follow the instruccions that are published in wordpress.com

Because im unable to find or edit the wp-config.php file

How can we change the language?

As Turnkey is still not listed with DistroWatch there should be more information to be able to promote it on other pages.

Such as:

Size,
Languages,
GUI,
(main programs (Browser, Office,...)) Packet-List,
Packet-manager,
Derivated from,
suitable for beginners?,
main purpose,
LiveCD?,
Mirrors,
manuals,
etc, ......
 

Hey! i'm running LAMP,is their anyway i can get eth0 to congf when i get a new ip?
So if i do get a new IP i don't have to go into the turnkey linux console.

First off I want to thank everyone who has put time and effort into making these turnkey appliances. They truely have saved me hours of work setting up example systems within this last week.

Let me start by saying a big thanks first to the Turnkey Linux folks - this is just an awesome piece of free software. Truly. I tried for months to get a working installation of MediaWiki on my home server, with no luck. Then I found TKMediaWiki, and about 10 minutes later, I was up and running. Cool beans.

Big thanks second goes to the other posters on this forum, who have helped me solve several issues very quickly. I appreciate the guidance.

Im getting an error for a missing parameter tring to download any appliance. 

I installed turnkey-lamp-2009.02-hardy-x86.iso on a VMware server virtual machine using a static IP address.

Opening http://<ip-address>/ or https://<ip-address>/ I get the welcome page "TurnKey LAMP works!"

Clicking phpinfo or server-status works fine, but clicking webmin or phpmyadmin only displays blank page w/o content.

What is ging wrong?
