I have Plan to run Turnkey Nextcloud on Proxmox Container. My proxmox server has only one Public IP

At this time proxmox server has 2 Linux Bridge : vmbr0 set Public Ip , vmbr1 for LAN : 192.168.10.1/24 . I configured NAT on /etc/network/interface and the internal VMs and CTs can access Internet normally.

I installed Turnkey Openvpn V16.0 appliance. I set up server mode on the A site, and created client configuration with confconsole. I copied the xyz.ovpn file to the appliance on B site as /etc/opencpn/xyz.conf. On B site, I set up the appliance as client.

I set up autorun in /etc/default/openvpn:

AUTOSTART="xyz"

After restart, I see error message in log:

 ...error opening configuration file /etc/openvpn/server.conf

I've greatly appreciated access to complex apps that I don't have the skill to install myself. I have a new appreciation for this after having installed Canvas per Instructure's instructions. I did this in an attempt to work around a few issues I was having on the TKL Canvas appliance (v. 16.1). The TKL appliance is almost working for us, but not quite.

if i add an new client with openvpn-addclient, the key expire date ist set to 3 years

The Subject's Distinguished Name is as follows
commonName            :ASN.1 12:'tes8'
Certificate is to be certified until Nov  5 15:43:00 2023 GMT (1080 days)

in file /etc/openvpn/easy-rsa/keys/safessl-easyrsa.cnf and /etc/openvpn/easy-rsa/keys/openssl-easyrsa.cnf

i had set "default_days    = 5000"

but, all new keys are still set to 3 years.

i would like to generate new certificates within my OpenvpnServer Server VM.

Turnykey generates all at first install, but I want to change it.

what is the syntax of creation new certificate pem, ca and user/client certifcate?

I have a TK File server which I installed about three years back. Recently the system would not start and was stuck in the command screen. Somehow I managed to bring it to the Login prompt and managed to login. Now the box is pinging from my PC but the service does not start. 

Can some one tell me how to get the service webmin and file servers etc. started ?

I Searched old topics & noticed a reply "Some time ago a user did manage to get TurnKey running on a non-TurnKey Debian" now my question If I use same Debian 10 buster used by TKL then what is the steps to start with Fresh Debian 10 Buster to endup with same fresh installed TKL-lamp ,

I need to go through that manually steps to my DigitalOcean Debian 10 buster vps.

I am very new at these kind of things.

I was able to start the server and make it run, however, while configuring the SMTP from the confconsole and later restarted to see if it took the new configuration but now I get a constant 502 error when I try to access either the DNS or the IP itself.

I tried multiple things inside the forums but either got permission errors even when using sudo or simply path non existing.

These posts are from years ago for versions 13 or even later. Would love some version 16 help here.
