I am running TKL Simple Invoices on port 80 behind a cheap netgear "router". I would like to run TKL OTRS on port 81 so I can use port forwarding to access both from a remote location.

I have tried changing both in the virtual host (sites-available) and the ports.conf. I was succesful in getting the web server to listen to 81, except I get an ssl error when trying to login to OTRS. I can't recall the error, but it was something to do with the ssl key not matching.

Is there a proper sequence of steps to change over to port 81 for the webserver.

It appears the "WordPress multisite support" does not work for a simple local install to one's harddrive with virtualbox. It assumes one is installing it with an IP address available over the internet. 

I have tried many different addresses over multiple installs:

localhost
wordpress
127.0.0.1
192.168.0.10x

Will the turnkey hub appliances show up on my AWS Console?  I'm not seeing them.

I have just setup a Turnkey LAMP appliance and most of it works, except the Web Shell, Webmin and phpMyAdmin just time out. The ports I tried are all correct, but they just don't respond:

Where do we setup the password for Webmin and Webshell?

It's supposed to be set on first boot, but i dont see this info when the system is booting so can't login. This is true for admin user, ssh, webmin root etc. I dont see any info on how the passwords are set, nor do i get asked to create any passwords. Therefore I cannot login ...

What am I missing here ?

I'm a bit of a newbie to EC2 but I've read through documentation and searched forums and can't seem to get my samba share running.  

my EC2 instance public IP is 50.112.119.183

Everything appears to be configured properly but smb connection requests just time out.  Is there something obvious I'm missing?

I'm running "File Server - Simple Network Attached Storage".

Everything works fine with AjaXplorer...

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just installed TurnKeyLinux for the first time, and am working to mount my Unraid NFS shares.

I have the following in my fstab

192.168.11.41:/mnt/user/Public /mnt/nasbox nfs defaults 0 0

And I can mount that share with mount -a

But on a reboot, the share is not automouting.

I did some searching as well, and some mentioned to remove the following directory

/var/run/network/mountnfs

However, that directory is already not showing.  So I have no idea why else it would not be mounting on boot.

This cron job does not appear to be set up?

It enables a significant part of vTiger functionality.

I have not been able to find out the command to run it in your cron scheduler in the webmin console.

(Note, my smtp server is working fine).

Can anyone please help? It would be much appreciated.

I have been trying to find out how application specific values can be gathered during the first boot and then later used to configure the application.

I guess this is done with inithooks: http://www.turnkeylinux.org/docs/inithooks but I fail to see how the magic happens.

E.g. I have been checking jenkins. In overlay/usr/lib/inithooks/firstboot.d/40jenkins
