I have been an avid user of TKL for 2-3 years now. I would like to give back by creating some apps. I downloaded th TKLDev and started to read the docs and I am a little unclear on how you get to the "sandbox"

The doc says:

"Note that before we start playing in the sandbox the overlay does not exist" 

But I don't see where you create it. What am I missing?

I want to create some custom "products" just to get my feet wet however this step escapes me at the momment.

I am trying to set up your openvpn instance on Amazon aws but seem to be running into a few problems. I have set up an account and used it to get a unique url to get the file for my mobile device. But using the QR code to get the file for the openvpn client on my android device I still cannot connect to my open vpn server.

I have tried to restart the openvpn server on the AWS instance with

/etc/init.d/openvpn restart

but get this error

i have been using openvz through the last few years really like how I can separate a wasted cpu server into something running many things.  now I see the images

I am able to login but it does not seem to let me create users "User already exists, please choose another login!" I tried every random name filled in as much as I can so many times clearly I am missing something.

Specifically, I'm looking for SAMBA4 support in the Domain Controller.  Any idea when we might see this?

I'm using the Wordpress appliance on a VPS to set up a very small personal blog site. I chose a VPS over normal shared hosting because it costs $28 a year from Ramnode, which is much less expensive than any shared hosting I've found. 

I've downloaded the Turnkey Linux core files to build a simple mail server (I'm surprised you don't have a mail server app available ?). The webmin version supplied is 1.63, clicking 'update webmin' indicates this is the latest version, whereas in fact the latest Webmin release is 1.71. Is there any reason not to manually update Webmin to Vn 1.71 as I've installed Fetchmail, which only has a Webmin module for Vn1.71 ? I don't want to spend time building this mail server only to have problems as I have a later version of Webmin installed.

I am wanting to replace my Ubuntu Server and install Turnkey 13.0 on a Dell 780 Optiplex with 4GB RAM and a "new" 1TB drive. However the install will not complete.

I'm considering moving to the Turnkey aws magento install but am wondering if all the prereq's are there for a multi domain magento setup. In our case it's a .ca and a .com running off the same backend magento installation. 

Any ideas if this is possible and if so, stable, seperate SSL certs per domain, etc?

Hi, I have installed bugzilla on my Amazon EC2 instance. But when I login I am not able to use the complete features of Bugzilla. I want to use all the features like wherein I can be the admin and assign roles to my team and build a workflow for the bug to flow through the system. Can anyone please help? I may be a bit early on this but I have to ask about the POODLE exploit.  I am assumming that the fix will be in the install-security-updates?
