I have been getting "Error 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET): Unknown error." while trying to connecting to the Torrent server appliance. Web-GMUI and shell access working fine.
Tried everything, NAT, Firewall changes. couldn't figure out what the problem was.
Solution turned out to be simple. Use FireFox. I was using Chrome and IE, both gave me connection errors. With FireFox, it worked in an instant.
Spent 2 days figuring out the solution.. Hope this helps some poor soul.
I've set up and logged in as AdminUser and cannot create new webs on the new TWiki appliance. Had been using the "old" one for a couple of months with success. The new one is a fresh install. Any ideas? I get the following error message - not sure if it's related to the appliance, or TWiki itself.
"Access check on Main.WebHome failed. Action "CHANGE": access not allowed on root."
I have been using this Wordpress appliance for about a year. Recently, after I rebooted the appliance I got an error message saying "Inode 776158 has illegal blocks".
I am trying to set Apache as a reverse proxy. However I need to install Apache 2.2 and mod_proxy_html 3.1. Can you tell me which version are installed on Turnkey.
I really like the features offered by the Turnkey solutions! Thanks folks. However I've run into a problem.
I installed the Revision Control Appliance 11.0RC to a VM using VMWare Player (running on Windows 7) and made a few tweaks [1] and tested. Works great! Then I used VMWare Converter to convert and copy the VM to our VMWare ESXi 4.1 [2] server. Alas, the VM doesn't boot under ESXi - it either kernel panics or drops me to a busy box terminal [3].
I was able to manually "overwrite" the Default Joomla Lucid with the Joomla Hardy Files, and I was able to do an sql dump and "execute" in webmin-mysql to update teh Hardy Data Files. I even got it to start up after I cleared cache on the back end.
I cannot, however, get PHPMyAdmin to start up. Basically times out.
Contrast to TKLBAM overwrite of Fresh Lucid Joomla Install, with Hardy Joomla Backup. In that situation I basically killed MYSQL. I tried deleting/renaming the 0 and 1 (/var/lib/mysql) log files as mentioned in InnoDB but no effect on the Joomla Port.
I'm trying to install Turnkey Fileserver on a Via EPIA M10000 system. Unfortunately, as the system boots, the graphics become garbled and I can't read any of the windows, buttons, or text. The graphics chipset on this motherboard is the dreaded S3 UniChrome chip included in Via's CLE266 chipset.
Does anyone know how I can get around this garbled graphics problem, aside from plugging in a separate PCI graphics card?
What's missing is how to get it downloaded, where to place it, how to decompress it (including possibly, where to place the extracted files/folders and perhaps the folder name, if a folder needs created manually).
