Abridged version of the story: I'm interested in a dynamic DNS service (DDNS) to replace DynDNS (willing to pay a little if the features are right).

What are the differeces between the official ( http://www.zimbra.com/downloads/os-downloads.html  ) and the turnkey Zimbra ( http://www.turnkeylinux.org/zimbra ) images?
Will be there any 64bit turnkey zimbra images sometime?

I come from the networking world and I use linux for over 10 years for may different needs.

I have experience with mrtg, cacti and a few NMS systems as well as mail, ftp, LAMP and DNS servers.

I'm not a programmer but I can write scripts quite fine in a few languages.

I have worked on my first tkl patch -- an nginx webserver.  It is not quite ready for release, there are a couple things I need some help with.  (Please move this to the support forum if it is more appropriate.)

I am an elementary school computer teacher and tech coordinator. I have found that many elementary school computer labs run without a server of any kind.

I feel that file servers in particular are game changers for the student's lessons. Without a place to store student work, the lessons have to conform to a single session and must be printed or saved locally on the existing computer.

I changed the strategy with this patch to prevent the errors I was getting with the previous version. This is a summary of the changes:

Thanks for such a valuable product.  I really like the idea behind TKLBAM.  It's persuading me to migrate our linux servers to TurnKeyLinux in the TKL Hub.
