I deployed Turnkey PDC in a ESXi v5.0 free server. The Turnkey Virtual Appliance is working great and I configured TKLBAM to make backups in Amazon S3, but we also need to make a local backup in a external USB hard disk.

When I plug the external USB hard disk (FAT32 formatted) the Turnkey doesn't recognize it. Restarting the virtual machine with the hard disk plugged has the same result, when I check with a fdisk -l only the virtual hard disk from the ESXi server appears.

Here's what I wanted to do:

1) I wanted to write a Nginx location handler for example "/mylocation" which when invoked should call another program to get the response.

2) The other external program provides a client library where we can register callbacks.

3) The external program will call the callback when the data is available.

I wanted to know if I am using an external library and one of the external API is asking for registering callback, how i can achieve this in Nginx.

I cloned form a snapshot but to complete it I get this message : 

Tried it but the file isn't an executble and seems to be empty.  Any ideas?  Thanks.

I am trying to add an existing ProjectPier installation to the WordPress VM. I am aware there is an additional turnkey VM for PP, however i would like to have it all on one VM if possible. Looking at apache seetings for document root reveals the web root is /var/www/wordpress/ So i added my ProjectPier installation in that folder thinking i could go to mysite.com/Projects/ .

I've deployed a Turnkey LAMP server. The website has email capabilities but in /var/mail/www-data I find little love letters like this:

I'm trying hard to restore a database with no success.  I saw several posts that were similar to this but none that addressed this issue specifically.  I've tried to throw more RAM at the problem but it doesn't seem to fix the issue.  Anybody seen this problem and have any suggestions?

I'm using the turnkeylinux for Joomla. I use the Xen image, running on XenServer. Been doing so for 1,5 years now, no issues.

I recently upgraded to Joomla 2.5.4, and now mysql is going thru the roof, at a staggering 135-150% CPU, yes I have 2 vcpus attached to the virtual machine.

Now, my question is, is there any way to upgrade MySql inside this Turnkeylinux? Or are you planning to release a Joomla 2.5.x version of it soon?

Please help out! I think this is releated to mysql or php...

Does anyone has detailed instructions on how to set up Turnkey Linux File Server to be a member server of a Windows 2000 AD domain?  I would like to use the users and groups from the domain to authenticate to the shared folders of the Turnkey File Server.

I hope someone has this info.

I want to create a set of Users which would be able to see varying amounts of the Wiki.

For example I would like a super user to see everything and then another user that would only be able to see certain pages.

Is this possible?
