I am trying to login to my Bugzilla server in order to enable backups.
Since i created the server i have never used the Webmin or any other managment interface and i have no idea what password should i use.
I understand the username should be root as specified in the application page but none of the passwords work with it. I must have put a password during the setup and i cant remember it now.
I'm not very expert about Apache server configuration, but I'm pretty able to do almost every basic configuration on the web server. Anyhow, I can't find out how to do what I want to achieve.
I explain what I'd like to do:
- I don't want phpmyadmin to accessible only via SSL: I'd like PMA to be reachable also via http (maybe ONLY via Http, but that's not strictly necessary).
I just installed Turnkey Linux Lamp Stack in VirtualBox. It starts, I can set my password and everything but as I try to access the services (for example Webmin) nothing happens (more precisely my browser says he couldn't access the server). My Host System is Windows XP 32-bit. Does anyone know what might be wrong?
I have a plugin where Redmine can do HTTP authentication but needs REMOTE_USER (or whatever variable I specify) server environment variable to be set up.
I installed TKL Ruby on Rails (11.3) from Live CD image and tested http://<ip> and the links to shell-in-a-box and webmin.
So far so good, the appliance is working.
Being a newbie I decided the desktop would be helpful in addition to the above tools so I installed the desktop: apt-get update
apt-get install ubuntu-desktop
The desktop seems to work fine. But accessing the appliance from a browser on another host I discovered
My LAMP has been using tklbam for quite some time now and it stopped working on 4-4-2012. I ran a manual backup from Webmin and it failed with a "server certificate verification failed" error.
