Ok,  so we built a new VM.   We went to Administration page,  and tried to add a new user, and we immediately get a "server error".  So, in meantime, we decided to use the "admin" user already setup.

Ok,  then we tried to add a new site...  We picked "tracker.webcrunchers.com", and "tracker" as the name, then we also get a "server error".

When I go to my Turnkey Django page at http://django.webcrunchers.com,   you can try it also,  I get...

(1045, "Access denied for user 'django'@'localhost' (using password: YES)")

I setup my Database server as follows.

I created a database called "tracker",  under the user "django".  Seemed obvious to me.

I went to Servers --> MySQL Database server  - clicked on "New database" gave it a database name of

I need to free some space and this backup doubles my used space.

Hello!  I've heard about Turnkey before and finaly want to take the plunge and try it out!  I have several cheep VPS machines to play with, but none of my service providers have turnkey images available to install as a fresh server image!

I am trying to Restore a TKLBAM image that started on Bare Metal with 2 Network Cards enabled.  Moving to (via restore) VMWare Instance with one Network Card enabled.  (All 32bit).

I get a "complete" no error Restore in Webmin, but when I reboot, my Control Console gives me an error (not able to determine IP Address).  Apache not running.  Pretty much disfunctional image.

Right now I will install from ISO Wheezy (as the Bare Metal was Squeeze ISO).  I will then do sequential installs..  Magento Files,  Databases (no packages) to see how we can rectify.

this really SUCKS !!!    Web Shell won't even work on my iPad.    What good is a shell program that only displays ONE LINE?

Is there any work around that allows me to use Web Shell from the Browser?   When I start the web shell,  after logging on,   I get the command prompt on the top line,   but after issuing the command,   ONLY the top line has any output.   There is NO scrolling,  and I did remember seeing that Chrome is supported,  but this Web Shell is virtually useless to me.

Does anyone have any work around?    

Also,   when I run the server via this command...

python manage.py runserver

I get the expected server startup text,   which is...
