I try to set up my little torrent server and i try to mount (with webmin) a new mount to drop my finished download to my NAS shared folder (with user end pw).

Failed to save mount : Mount failed :

mount error(5): Input/output error
Refer to the mount.cifs(8) manual page (e.g. man mount.cifs)

i try to have it from consolle with:

mount -t cifs //192.168.2.202/download /srv/storage/finish -o username=mene,password=*******

Hi I am a bit of a neewb to linux admin and I am looking at rsync templates from your server to mine and im getting in a mess please do you have a list of commands to run so i can sync the templates to my server

I am trying to do a tklbam-restore to a Docker turnkeylinux/lamp-14.1 test container. The restore is failing for some reason, as indicated in the attached log file. If I restore this same website to a fresh Turnkey Lamp 14.1 virtual machine, it works fine. I am using Docker toolbox on Windows 8.1. Any ideas as to what the issue is?

I have just download and install the great virtual apliance https://www.turnkeylinux.org/owncloud

I try to reach the web interface of mine owncloud 192.168.0.xx

but of course I hit the "untrusted domain" I have read that I have to change the config.php file of owncloud. but I could find it !

either in that path

/usr/share/owncloud/config/config.php
or
/var/www/owncloud/config/config.php

Hello everyone.  I am new to Turnkey Linux and still trying to figure it all out.  I am currently using Fileserver and loving how simple and effective it is over some of the others (FreeNAS, OpenFiler etc).  Here is where i need your help.  I had to reboot the server and the following message appeared;

error: Incompatible License, Entering rescue mode... Grub Rescue>

I've looked at your product a few times and played with them.  I had signed up for the free acount but to see it but never used it.  Then in I get a notice that I have a $10 charge for September?  It's not payed because I don't have a payment type attachecked.  I never signed up for the $10 account and i checked and my account is and has been set to FREE.  I immiediately cancled the link to my amazon account and have not used the service so I'm not setting up a payment method for what I've been incorrectly charged.

Please explain and take care of.

I set up a Turnkey backup in 2011, and believe that I cancelled it, but may not have done, it was a long time ago! With the new pricing plans it appears that I'm now being charged $10/month, fair enough if I've still got it up and running. So I went to log in, and am unable to, I may have used one of 2 email addresses, and when I try these in the forgotten password box, it says that they are not a registered email address.

I've tried openId and that fails too.

Can someone point me towards a diagram that explains how the TKLBAM service is being charged?

I received notice of the need to change to Stripe, which I did before 1-Oct-2016, then was still charged $10 by AWS. I called Amazon and they said to talk with TKL.

When I log into any of the Turnkey Hub AWS servers I have running I see that the last backup was as per the schedule. 

However, when I log in to Turnkey Hub and go to the Backups Tab the last backs listed are from 1 or 2 days ago.

I was looking to restore a backup from recently to verify some data but I cannot identify the backup because Turnkey Hub does not list it.

Please advise.

This is embarrasing.

Configured a turnkey wordpress installation, and while focusing on content, completely forgot passwords to webmin, ftp and so on.

Is there any way to recover that?
