v16.0 Stable Release #4 - 8 more ISOs, Hub & Proxmox/LXC builds; plus VM builds

Another week, another v16.0 update! :) Once again, I'm pleased to announce the next instalment of v16.0 stable TurnKey Linux appliances in ISO and Proxmox/LXC build formats; and now VM (OVA & VMDK) builds too (with the exception of Canvas - coming soon). This time, we have 8 new v16.0 updated appliances, following on from the first, second and third batches - so that's a total of 38 v16.0 appliances now - over a 3rd of the library!

These updated appliances, plus the VM builds (OVA & VMDK) are all published to our mirror network or they can be launched directly from the Hub (look for the 16.x text link - in the top right corner). They are also available for download direct from their relevant appliance pages (links provided below).

As has become the norm, I'll first highlight the most recent releases, but then also note all the v16.0 appliances released to date - now including OVA and VMDK builds. Unfortunately, I don't have any updates regarding the remaining alternate builds, but hope to give an update along with the next batch, next week.

Announcing TurnKey LXC

In a nutshell, LXC (LinuX Containers) can be thought of as the middle ground between a chroot on steroids and a full fledged virtual machine, making it possible to run multiple isolated "containers" on a single host.

There has been quiet a lot of interest in supporting TurnKey on LXC, so I set out to see what it would take.
