congratulation for your great work. It saves a lot of time. Thank you.
I have one issue with my VirtualBox appliance: If the TKL14-Debian8-64bit-guest is running and I standby my host and wake it up again, the reboot/shutdown procedure of the guest can take a lot of time (let's say 3 min up to 7 min).
The message comes up: A stop job is running for LSB: Apache2 web server (x min / 5 min). Often it takes much longer.
Not having a good time with TWiki after installation.
I'm a do-it-yourselfer, but for the life of me I can't find any documentation. It took me far more than an hour just to discover how to get to the base page (I looked in /var/www and found twiki/. I looked in there and found index.html, so I pointed my browser at https://<servername>/twiki/index.html and of course got 404 errors. Eventually, out of frustration from endless checks, apache bounces, reboots, trolling the filesystem, I tried simply http://<servername> and guess what came up?
I'm currently using the turnkey lamp for linux version 13.0 as my image fow Amazon AWS but a newer version of the PHP Curl module is required (version 7.34.0 is required) to use the new PayPal SDK. I have installed the most recent version of 7.26.0
Do I need to upgrade to PHP 5.5 in order to get this updated curl version and if so how can I safely do that while not loosing any of my sites data?
So I am trying to set up MySQL on a raspberry pi model B running the latest version of Rasbian Wheezy, a Debian variant. I am running it headless, and installing MySQL throung webmin. All seems to go fine up until when I go to start the program. It fails to start every time. This is consistent when starting it through webmin and the ssh host. Does anyone know what to do? I f you do, I am quite new to this so please try to explain it as best you can.
Hello.
I need to move an old server with a TYPO3 Appliance based on TurnKey 12.0 from the current M1.small instance on turnkey Hub (M1.small EBS-backed PVM - 1.7 GB RAM, 1 vCPU, 80G rootfs, 160 GB tmp)
to a new instance T2.medium.
I can't do it using "clone a new server from latest snapshot" because the T2.medium instance is not in the list of available instances to chooose.
I have just installed TurnKey PostgreSQL version (14.0) and everything seems to be working fine. I see that phpPGADmin has been replaced with Adminer. Though Adminer may be a great tool, I don't know it and I don't want to learn something new right now. I have installed phpPGAdmin on the 14.0 install but when I go to access it remotely through my web browser I either get "try again" or "404-Page Not Found". I have tried suggestions from Google search to fix the problem with no joy.
