just wanted to say thanks for your great piece of software/service!
Just migrated a KVM on an old Proxmox node to an OpenVZ container on a newer Proxmox version. Once I figured out the OpenVZ network setup (which has nothing to do with TKL), the migration was completely painless. I had the machine up and running at its new location in minutes.
I am working on my ZurmoCRM porting project. I spend a lot of time to look for where are these configuration, executable, modules, log, and etc. They're different from my experience with OpenSuSE and Ubuntu.
I have a Dell server that needs to be Kickstarted with Scientific Linux. It is connected to a switch that reaches our network. I don't know how to get the IP address of the machine so i can setup the kickstart. There is no OS on the server yet. In POST i see a 192.168... IP but our network is a 128.3_..... Other machines plugged into this same switch have the correct IP and are able to be setup for kickstart, etc.. What am i not doing correctly to find the correct 128.3_... IP for this machine? I still need to put this machine name in DNS, but i need the IP to do so.
Hi everyone, my name is Sam. It’s a pleasure to meet you all.
I am stopping by these forums to let you know about a project I have been working on, called Pixeom. I think many of you would find it interesting, and I would be very interested to hear your feedback on it.

I am facing issue with SFTP service configured on Ubuntu 12 server. I am able to connect to sftp service and pwd command gives an immediate response while ls command takes 5 to 10 minutes to return the output. This is giving me connectivity issues when i try to connect SFTP service using FileZilla Client.Please find the Server Config below.
sftp -vvv output:
debug3: SSH_FXP_REALPATH . -> /test
sftp> pwd
Remote working directory: /test
sftp> ls
debug3: Sending SSH2_FXP_READDIR I:32537
First of all, I want to say thank you to Alon and Liraz for the great work on these appliances and especially the new tkldev environment. I've been keeping tabs on TurnKey Linux since hearing about it a couple of years ago and finally decided to take the plunge and convert my CentOS 5 based servers in the hopes that it will be more maintainable with respect to the configuration changes that I have to make. The tkldev appliance has been great to work with to creat new builds that are setup the way I need.
I hope all is well in your part of the world. I see that there's been a little too-and-fro in the area of business software. I have at the moment needed to identify an open source business package for someone with a limited (start-up) budget.
Just to establish my background, I have worked on enterprise business and ERP systems as well as a few encounters with the commercial packages like Navision, etc. I also have business qualifications as well as computer science. The 'client' I'm advising is important to me so I set the bar fairly high.
