The ISSUE WITH TURNKEY FILSERVER IS, WHEN I LOG WITH "Prueba2" (User test) With SSH in port 22 with "BITVISE SFTP" (Search on google), I CAN SEE THE FILES OF OTHERS USERS, AND CAN DOWNLOAD IT!!!! (SEE SE IMAGE ATTACHED HERE).
for example if i log with "prueba2" I can see the files for others usser (if you delete the path in "home/prueba2" and change for "/home/" you can see the files) , but root "Permision is denied"
How I can set for each user Permision denied for all other folders of that user (Only set navigate for own folders and subfolders for "pruebaw2)????
I'm trying to upload a new them in the prestashop vm and I get a message "Fatal error"; I turned on logging but haven't been able to figure out what's going on. Any suggestions?
Hi, Iam new here in forum, even though Iam using TKL for a while.
My question regards gitlab - I would like to have the git repo on my NAS so when my server dies and I lose the vmware with gitlub, I can still deployed new vmware and continue with work.
I notices that repos are in /home/git/repositories - I mounted NAS and tried to change the repo path in several configuration files to my NAS location but it did not work - when I tried to create new user it said "We are sorry, but something went wrong"
I am trying to figure out soluation for a client of mine who provides webhosting services for about a 1000 people with each having their own subdomain, mail and some website space. Their current software is super old and they would like to transistion into something like wordpress.
Does anyone run such a solution with wordpress currently ? If so how does it work for you. Any comments, suggestions ?
since two years I am using the Turnkey hub for saving and and checking the backups of my websites. In this time, I paid normally less than 50 Cent per month for that. This is a really good price. But now Amazon charges me with a monthly fee of $10 for the cloud service. This is much more than the cost for a regular server space.
Is there a way to use the Turnkey hub without this the monthly Amazon fee?
